FAQ (funny and quirky) Nah...messing with you - it stands for Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of greeting cards do you offer?

At Quirky Card Company, we offer a wide range of humorous and unique greeting cards for birthdays and special occasions. Our cards are designed to make you laugh and stand out from the crowd. From witty one-liners to clever puns, we've got it all!

2. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Absolutely! We believe in spreading laughter far and wide, so we offer automatic discounts for different quantities. It's a win-win situation!

3. What should I do if my card gets lost in the mail?

Ehhh...the "NOT SO FINE" print: Hey my peoples - things can happen to mail. I'd like to say USPS is awesome, but granny didn't raise no liar. Although USPS doesn't consider an item lost until 30 days, if you don't have your card after 14 business days (longer during the holidays cuz they're slow as molasses), please reach out to me. I will make it right - cuz I'm awesome even if USPS isn't.

4. What if my card arrives damaged?

Very rarely, a card may get damaged by USPS - this is not my fault - and it sucks for BOTH of us. Since my cards are not insured, USPS doesn't care about us. In these rare cases, I will refund you HALF of the purchase price. It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing, right?

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping is done through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). While many times our cards arrive in 2-5 days, USPS can be pretty slow in some cases. It can take 12 or more days for delivery. If you haven't received your card after 14 business days of shipping, please contact me. Patience is a virtue, my friend!

6. Do you offer tracking for all orders?

All cards ship free using USPS. Orders of 5 cards or less do not include tracking, think of it as a letter with a stamp. However, for orders of 6 cards or more, tracking is included at no extra cost. If you want tracking on orders of 5 cards or less, you can upgrade to add tracking for $3.50 or choose Priority Mail for $8. It's up to you!
